Masses and Liturgies
As a Catholic school, we consider the celebration of Holy Mass as the highest way we can offer praise to God. We celebrate Masses as a whole school community always inviting and uniting with the Parish and with parents and carers. The whole school attends and children lead the Mass every Holy Day of Obligation and at the beginning and end of the academic year when we ask God to help us with the adventures that lie ahead as well as thanking Him for what has passed. Our Masses are always occasions of great joy.
Each class in KS2 celebrates their own Mass, prepared and led by the children three times a year. The children in Early Years and KS1 lead a children's liturgy.
Every class is named after a Saint and where possible, the class Mass is celebrated on or near their patron's feast day.
