Prayer is an essential part of our school day here at St Bartholomew's and a way we teach children to nourish their relationship with Jesus. We pray together as a school community, as classes and in groups or as individuals. Children are taught about the great power and consolation of prayer and that prayer includes thanksgiving, intercession for others and self, adoration and forgiveness. They are taught that the Saints can intercede on our behalf.
